ORLYNail Lacquer, Sealon Top Coat, 0.6 Fluid Ounce

I love this top coat. I've tried many and it is stellar. It is smooth like glass, shiny, dries very quickly. Love it. But the brush on this particular bottle is frayed and wide, very flawed. Good thing I was replacing my old bottle, because the lacquer inside had thickened up over time and had become unusable. So I bought a replacement and still had it. I swaped the brushes out. If I couldn't do this, it would have had to be returned.

Decent top coat. It added a lot of shine for me, but my mom used it and it didn't have the same sheen on her nails. I don't know why. I'm not a huge Orly fan in general, but this has been the only top coat I use lately.

Doesn't stay on if applied without polish, even with 2 coats. So, can't be used successfully as a clear polish.
