Thse bottles came individually wrapped but also completely broken. The pump snapped off in transit. Anyway, the shampoo works well. The conditioner does not cream or lather regardless of how much you put. Though thick, it doesn't cover well. Despite lack of lather, leaves lots of build up that weighs hair down.
