Work but NOT disolvable! Not even close. You have to chew it and the taste is not that great. It does work so there is that. I am just surprised they can get away with calling it fast dissolve. These probably wouldn't even dissolve in a can of pop.

When it comes to the cost per tablet as well as the dosage, I think these might be one of the best out there. I got this as a stopgap between my regular shipment and they haven't disappointed. The bottle is kinda big for this many tablets, so it seems kinda empty once you pull out the cotton. Finally, the taste is kinda bleh. It's a very small price to pay for a solid night's sleep though

Huh. These are giving weird vibes. The bottle instructions say, "Adults can take one tablet..." Oh, can I? 🤨😅 And then it goes on to state the pills are flavored and fast dissolving, but NEVER states how to take the pills. ANYWHERE ON THE DANG BOTTLE I'VE READ EVER WORD 100 TIMES NOW. Fast dissolving like these go under the tongue? Or do they mean they kick in fast once swallowed? Is the 'flavor' meant to mean 'chewable'? Because I chewed some and it was not great. Lol. And now, it's been 40 minutes since I took TWO and I'm still feeling the same.
