Norpro Grip EZ Cake and Pizza Lifter

We make a lot of pizzas, and this lifter is perfect for a small or large pizza. Sturdy yet light enough to slide under a large 16" pizza loaded with toppings and slide it onto a cutting board. Also works great for cake layers, bread loaves, or anything else that requires you to slide under and lift out of a hot oven or move to a serving tray. So easy to clean - I always hand wash and let air dry. Great price, packaged well, and arrived quickly. I do agree that the manufacturers sticker is difficult to remove, but that is the only flaw. Quality product that we use for multiple purposes. Highly recommend!!

Is there a way to get the sticker residue off of this thing? The stickers as big as the damn pan and I’ve used a ton of sticker remover on it and it’s still on there. I don’t know what else to do with this because as soon as I put it on something hot it’s going to melt sticker into my food.The pic is after cleaning it 5 times with goo gone

This is another excellent tool that has won a permanent spot in my semi-infamous 35-pound toolbox full of cooking and baking tools that has replaced my old knife bag. I used a Dremel tool to shave off the sides to make it more horseshoe-shaped and therefore ABLE to fit into the toolbox, and it is still very, very sturdy. I have used this for pastry school, for catering jobs, and at home, and I have never had trouble of any kind with it. In fact, I just finished using it a few minutes ago on a cake for a relative.

I’ve been sitting here for 20 minuets trying to get this ridiculous sticker off. And there is a lot of residue left behind.

Very good product. Slides underneath the cheesecakes and unmolds it very easily. Has a good grip, and it's sturdy.

I got this as a gift for Christmas. The lifter works really well, as intended, and as expected. But what idiot in their marketing department thought putting a giant label on it with near-permanent adhesive was a good idea. Other reviewers have mentioned this, but it really is a pain to remove the label, before you can use the lifter.

The pizza lifter is well made and it isn’t aluminum like many of the other products. Make sure you have a couple of hours to soak and scrape the giant sticker off the front. We used water, olive oil, an old drivers license, and a sponge or 2. Once we finally got the sticker off it was a scraped up, but still functional.

I bought this about 25 years ago, and it's still one of my best investments ever. Terrific design, indestructible, easy to clean, and extremely useful.
