ONE OF THE GREATEST DRIVERS OF ALL TIME !
Many race fans look no further than Formula One, but to do that alone is to miss many of the greatest of all. Rallying has produced an incredible number of fantastic drivers, but with this wonderful book we read about one of the absolute greatest drivers of all time in Tom Kristensen, whose so far won Le Mans more than any driver in history, and would always make my top five of all time greatest drivers. This book is a remarkable story by and of one driver, and worth getting if you are at all into motor racing. Looking at Le Mans other absolute greats include Jackie Ickx and Britain's Derek Bell, again drivers well worthy in lists of all time greats. This book tells all about his career ,cars, races , and all that goes with being one of the greatest of all time. The man rightfully called Mr. Le Mans for he truly is and this book is his amazing story unmissable !

A must-read book deserving of a better translation
An absolute must-have for every motor racing enthusiast, a great account of Kristensen's racing career as well as his personal life, from his childhood to his retirement, his great victories but also major setbacks. Contents would deserve a 5-star rating, however I found the English translation to be rather poor, littered with typos, inconsistent spelling and a few mistakes. Some proofreading could have helped!

Could have been much better
Disappointing: the translation from Danish is annoying, the storyline lacks chronology, and most of the photos seem to be publicity shots. There’s a good story in there, it just needed a strong edit.
