I have never owned pampas grass before, but have always wanted some for decor in the house. I thought I would go outside of the norm of the beige and try the grey. Plus I liked it came with 6 stems since I had two vases to fill. They came very well packaged and quick with all stems intact. To my surprise they sent an extra one, which was a nice touch since I am sure there is risk of one breaking during delivery. They were pretty matted down, but I followed the directions of setting them in the sun for a couple of hours which ended up being all day while I was at work. I left them inside in the sun as it is below zero degrees in Minnesota right now. When I came home after they had been sitting all day they were still pretty matted down. I called the number on the slip that came with the product for questions and talked with a very pleasant gentleman who gave some tips and really wanted my experience to be good. He said the grey ones can be stubborn but to give them a good shake and more heat. Since I didn't have the option of setting them outside I put them under the heat lamp in the bathroom for a couple of hours and that seemed to help more. I don't think they are meant to be as fluffy as the beige ones if look in the product photos. I would say the product photos are spot on for the color. Will need more stems for a full look. I also wonder if I should have waited till summer to order these ones so they could sit outside in the sun if that would have made a difference since that is what you are suppose to do. The gentleman on the phone went above and beyond and offered to send me some beige ones which were absolutely gorgeous and fluffy straight out of the package since the grey ones weren't cooperating with me. I would hands down buy more pampas grass from them in the future and recommend to friends. Best customer service on amazon that I have experienced!

I love these pampas. I originally canceled the order and was refunded.. They came by USPS which is why It took so long. When I received them I could not just take them so I contacted the seller. He will get his money. They are just as pictured. Tall, full and beautiful. You won't be disappointed.

I like that this is full and fits its description well. It is very pretty. I have it in a ceramic vase on my sofa table in front of a window.Color is more natural; supposed to be grey.

6 pampas is enough already to achieve that full volume look put on a tall vase with a small opening but it does not hurt if you want to add more. It is very fluffy. I did spray it hairspray to avoid the shedding.

I like the colors, probably a little thicker then I expected, but definitely would revisit disorder.

Can't say enough about this Pampas grass. It was packaged so well. Arrived in perfect condition and completed our vases as I wanted it to. Absolutely love it!

Nice soft look. Beautiful.. Needed to spray with hair spray to reduce shedding.

Used hairspray to keep the fuzzies from floating away. Thanks for telling me about putting them in the Sun. Wish I had ordered some other colors as well....not just gray
