Birds love it
Menards carries this but their supply has gotten quite limited in the last couple years. Being able to buy this in bulk was much cheaper and more convenient.

The birds really like these when the temperatures are above freezing
The birds really like these when the temperatures are above freezing, but in the winter with temps in the 20's or teens or lower, these peanut plugs are both hard for the birds to eat and hard for me to cut and put into the log feeders.

Too Small for my log feeder but birds Do Like Suet
I have been using Pine Tree Log Jammers for many years. Pine Tree, for some unknown reason, is now packaging the plugs 3 in a pack instead of the 4 that I've been buying. As my feeder has 4 holes it doesn't make sense to buy 3-packs.So, I bought these plugs. Unfortunately, they aren't big enough to stay in the feeder and, unless I spend ages squashing the plugs, they fall out. It's a pity because the birds do like suet. If C&S made the plugs big enough to fit the feeder, I would buy again.

Attracts woodpeckers
The Peanut Delight suet plugs attract all kinds of woodpeckers to our backyard. We also use the square suet blocks, but the birds seem to prefer these plugs. We will definitely reorder this product.
