Q: Does this come with the wings?

No it only comes with a dress and halo.

Q: How long is this dress?

I am 5' 4" and I did have to hold up the front when I walked but it fell nicely if I was just standing. That's sort of vague!!! But I was happy that I didn't have to hem it or cut any off.

Q: will the xlarge fit a man, 44" chest?

I'm not sure if the XL will fit a 44" chest, but I can tell you that the smaller one I bought was very loose and free-fitting. You should direct this question directly to the product provider - they may be able to verify measurements.

Q: What material is the dress made of?

The dress is a very thin, sheer material, and it doesn't seem to be cotton, but rather one of the synthetic materials.
