I thought this would be an ideal solution for the bedside table of "whisky & water". (OK, I drinks a bit ... ) A couple of disappointments overall.First of all, the lower bottle has a "chip" or "mark" on the pouring rim and where the glass has been chipped away there is a strange appearance of a rough, sandy material. I do not understand this.Secondly, and again concerning the lower bottle, the neck of the bottle is so short that it is not an easy task to pour from it, even though I have only reserved it for the water part of the combination.Thirdly - both bottles this time - the corks are of very poor quality and have already started flaking into the bottles when withdrawn. Poor show, Kilner.(Is it really too much these days to expect that once quality brands should maintain the standards that they set many years ago? "Cheap" springs to mind, though the prices rarely show that.)

ne s'empile pas complètement, le bouchon inferieur est trop grand, si il est réduit du coup très difficile à ouvrir. Ou est l'espace de la bouteille supérieur qui est trop petit. Je ne recommande pas du tout.

I purchased this for my husband, who makes a lot of syrups for craft cocktails, thinking it would look nicer than some of the other bottles he's using. They are too large and the cork in the bottom bottle really needs to be shoved deep in order to fit the top bottle. And honestly? It just isn't attractive.
