Q: Is it too think and bulky to wear under clothes?

That depends on the clothes that you choose to wear. It is too bulky to wear under clothes with tighter fitting sleeves like a long sleeve tee shirt. I wear my brace on top of a long sleeve tee shirt when playing tennis. But it would work under something with roomy sleeves like a jacket.
