i was very pleased with this item. it arrived well-packaged with a rigid foam sheet on every side of its box and bubble-wrap on the urli itself. padding of real, old-fashioned (and reusable/compostable!) excelsior filled the space between foam and wrapped urli. the item itself is beautifully made, heavy, and well-finished with a good lustre and no rough edges. the value for money was very good. it displays beautifully on coffee table or in puja room, by itself or filled with flowers. it will feature prominently in the next diwali decorations.

I ordered this as a gift for my relatives and it turned out great. The product arrived super fast (from India) and in great packaging. It looks exactly as shown in the picture and is very pretty. If you are looking for an Indian gift item, this sure is perfect ! 😊👍
