No it doesn't if you put on charger it will work all day but get hot 🥵🔥

Q: What does it mean when says no signal?

It means when you stick it down in a pipe it receives no signal so it renders it useless it does not work it's a piece of crap glad I could help

Q: can it work non-stop on a charger?

If you started fully charged I don't see why not. I have never tried that. Usually you can get everything done on a full charge
