Selle Royal Lookin RoyalGel Comfort Bike Saddle

I've struggled for years with butt pain but endured it when I was younger and more fit. My cycling style has changed, however, and a used bike I bought had this saddle on it and it was a welcome relief. I've since purchased two more for other bikes in my collection. I also use Brooks Saddles and these work way better for me and are instantly comfortable without break-in time plus there's no worry about getting them wet or maintaining them.Saddles are a personal thing but these just work great for me.

First one was from a local bike shop in town. I got this one for a used bike I just purchased recently. Definitely comfy on my bum.Hopefully they'll last a long time. That has yet to be seen.

Every "true" cyclist will tell you that you need to buy padded bibs to ride with. My thoughts are "why do I need to buy padded underwear to ride an uncomfortable saddle?" Why can't I just get a comfortable saddle?Well, this one isn't the case. The gel is comfortable (with just shorts on). Broke it in on a 45km ride, and it was amazingly comfortable! (And yes, I'll be the first to complain about how I feel my sit bones for 2 days after a ride on a true cyclists "good" saddle).Pros:- Comfort gel seat supports the sit bones perfectly- elastomer springs under the seat give some nice bump cushion- the seat rails are LONG! This is the primary reason I bought this seat so I could push it back another 1" since my bike is just a bit small for me.- looks great! Most comfortable seats don't look very niceCons:- none really. It costs a bit more, but it looks like a quality Italian made productThey also have a Respiro model that is the exact same dimensions, but has a air channel from the front up through the top out the back to cool. The seat isn't as soft as this one though.

Pour des fesses sensibles fortement recommandée en largeur de 22 cm et plus. Les sorties deviennent enfin agréables et sans limites d’utilisation. Seule l’inclinaison et un peu compliquée régler l’axe n’est assez cranté.
