Bought the bag at the end of March then we were under quarantine until the middle of May, so have only actually been using the bag for less than two months. Literally all it holds in it is to transport 3 bottles of milk 5 days per week for my daughter for daycare. The pink handle on top is already tearing. Pretty disappointed in the quality.

Item is cute for the price. Backpack fabric is cute. The hardware was tarnished and scratched up. I docked off two stars for that.

Darling backpack. Perfect for my 3 year old’s dance bag. She is able to put her tap and ballet shoes in there with plenty of room. We will have the bag monogrammed with point shoes and her name.

Hi, We gave this bookbag to our granddaughter as a Christmas gift and the strap has started to come undone at the top and is quickly becoming worse. It does not endure heavy use as she is not in a preschool. It seems to be a manufacturing defect, but there is no way to get in contact to have it resolved. We paid to have it monogrammed as well which is frustrating to then have the bag fall apart within 2 weeks. Like I said this could be a fluke, but there is no way to figure that out.

The most adorable backpack for our almost 2 year old. She loves it and it is the perfect size for her. We had it monogrammed with made it even cuter!
