Natural Factors 450mg Turmeric and Bromelain 90 Capsules

Have shoulder pain from overuse last October which has not improved these past 3 months. Researching options led me to this product and the reviews. Instructions say to take 4 caps/day but I took 2 with meals. On day 3, I noticed a very big improvement and am still very careful not to overuse this shoulder. Its been a week and am really astounded at how much better my shoulder feels at rest or when I move it. It seems to have addressed the inflammation which has toned down the pain almost 100%.

We all know that turmeric is a nice anti-inflammatory and pain reliever, but this other vitamin included in here can actually speed up the healing of torn muscles and ligaments.You can actually get a lot of it from pineapple, but having it included in a multivitamin with turmeric is absolutely spectacular.Nice price, I will definitely be buying again, I did notice a difference in my recovery time.

I used to have pain and inflammation in my finger joints . Since I've been taking this supplement the pain and inflammation is gone , I no longer have the symptoms !

Great product as been taking it for many years due to extensive injuries sustained from a MVA. Cost is about $8 more than what I pay so may not order again from Amazon.
