What size do they fit

The case fits all Apple Watch Bands - 38mm, 40mm, 42mm, 44mm, sport band, leather loop, classic buckle, milanese loop, modern buckle, link bracelet, pearl, nylon, tire tread, etc. You can also use it to store regular watches, bracelets, etc.

How many bands can it hold? (Says 10-20, but only see 10 spots)

It’s 10 spots, but can in fact hold 20 bands. You can put a band at the top and the bottom. I have no clue why people are using 1 band to take up the ENTIRE spot. If you have the regular bands that are made like the ones that come with the watch, you can attach the pieces together and they can fit at either the top or the bottom. It saves room and you can double up on the bands. And it honestly works for any band type. When I find all of my bands and put them inside the box, I will post my review with pictures. So you may see exactly what I am talking about
