I love this knife roll, it's got solid build quality and it has plenty of sleeves for a professional chef. I dare say the suede texture and metal buckles have turned more than a few heads. I try not to let it go to my head. The only thing I'll say is that it stains relatively easy and the burlapesque material is pretty hard to clean. So, you just have to be a clean person. It isn't easy for everyone, certainly not myself.

Great product strong and sturdy knife roll for me to take to work ample space for near every knife you could need in a pro kitchen! but do be careful putting your knives in as it’s quite tight and I slipped the blade cover off by accident and sliced my finger quite bad! But was probably my own fault being on the old sauce🍺😂

Great bag, two places it falls short. One, it's about 1" too short to fit my steel so I can't put it in a slot (there's very little danger of it falling out without that so I'm not that bummed). Two, and this one is a bigger deal, all of the slots are the same size so my 12" chef's knife is too wide to fit. Having a range of sizes in the knife slots is useful because not everything is the same size. Overall I like it so far despite those two items.

Excellent Value and a Quality Bag. Recommended.This is a well constructed, thoughtfully designed and beautiful bag. Well worth the price. The 2” pockets are snug and holds the handles firmly. Adjustable buckles are nice to secure the knives tightly so they don’t flop around in the bag while traveling. The zippered pocket has ample room to store accessories and the zipper is high quality. The shoulder strap is a nice feature to have but I find myself just carrying it without it.

Perfect for my pastry job. The clips for the strap are janky as hell and broke, I used a Carabiner to attach them, otherwise it’s a great bag
