(7 day update)Well I received NMN 2/1/2023I have taken recommended dosage for 7 days now- minor joint pain is gone- alert, energetic (without caffeine)- working out feels so good, like it did in my 20s- have more energy during workout3/14/2023 NMN Update.So I have noticed some amazing changes!!! so I'm 45 now and working out and gaining muscle was very difficult to do since about 37. also have had less endurance.My workouts feel similar to when I was in my 20s now. I have gained some muscle almost effortlessly. the only supplement I take besides NMN is I eat sardines for protein and my regular diet.noticeable differences for sure. I have also noticed less sluggish feelings in the morning and I can totally do without coffee. my energy levels are up. i'm not paid for this review. however I wish the company could send me a free one. next update in a month.I just ordered another 30 grams.

Pros:It's hard to tell what to attribute improvement to when you're doing an N=1 experiment and trying multiple longevity molecules, but this product is the longevity supplement I use the most regularly and I've found that my recovery from exercise and general oxygenation during strenuous activities is much better than it used to be. I'm a trail runner and have always struggled with uphill, particularly steep grades, but since incorporating NMN over a year ago, it has gotten much easier. While I have been trying some other things as well (resveratrol, some metformin, and some intermittent fasting), I'd like to think the NMN is a key contributor to the improvement.Cons:The only complaint I have is how challenging it is to get the scoop out after the first opening. You have to dig your finger down deep, which spills a fair bit of powder out and kinda contaminates a lot of the powder that stays in just to get to the scoop, and that stays an issue until about 1/3 of the jar is gone. If this product weren't expensive compared to a lot of other supplements, it wouldn't be a big deal, but it potentially wastes quite a bit of the powder for the first week or so after opening. But maybe there's a more creative way I could approach getting the scoop out that doesn't involve my fingers.

This stuff tastes good. Make sure you leave it in your mouth for at least 30 seconds for best absorption. It helped me with my depression in the wintertime. It has been a life changer as far as energy goes. It’s not a stimulant but it is nearly perceptual. I found it helped instantly. I have been taking it since February. I still struggle with energy and depression (life) but I find that this still helps me and I notice a difference right after I take it. I talk about this pretty regularly with anyone who is interested in health.

I use this product as a sublingual, avoiding the digestion system, smaller doses throughout the day. I feel I get an energy boost fairly quickly. My workouts seem to be easier, My recovery is quicker, and my soreness is not as pronounced.I also believe that it is working long term in ways that I cannot immediately feel that are beneficial to my health as I age. Best used with a healthy diet of good fats, very low sugars, exercise, and anti-inflammatory foods.

I’ve been taking 1g every morning for the past two weeks and I’ve noticed improved sleep quality, less constipation, and most pleasantly younger-looking skin!However, I also noticed the portion may not be as advertised.. I’ve been using the scoop provided, taking one scoop per day, and I got over one container in like 3 weeks (21 days) :(

I found that this NMN was good quality from what I have read it’s supposed to be. Unfortunately, there is no way that what I received was 30 grams. I took it exactly as directed - one level scoop which contains 1g per day. I took it for a smidge over 2 weeks and it was donzo. I should have tried to weigh it prior to make sure that I got what I paid for because it’s so damn expensive! I don’t have a scale and I was excited to try it. I think I probably go somewhere around 18 grams out of what was supposed to be 30, so I definitely got shafted.

I have tried another brand before trying this particular brand. This is far superior than the other one. I noticed a fat loss percentage of over 1% after taking it for less than 2 weeks. I will continue to take this product and see if the effects are long lasting.

I have been using NMN Pro for over two years now, and I continue to enjoy good health. I have great sleep, and dream more than I used to. I annot say that I have noticed any age reversal, but the research is compelling, and I certianly think it is worth investing in for the help with aging well.

It worked for a couple of months, and dysfunctional since ~20 days ago. Some contents r not water dissolvable.
