I bought this pillow to replace the one I had, as it was not working anymore. I bought this one, kind of scared that it wouldn't work. Well it does! I have a few disc that are bulging and herniated in my lower back that cause pain to sit anywhere. I need a little support as to not let anything touch the tailbone or around it. This pillow works great. It also has me sitting in correct posture so I do not lean and I am so comfortable . HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PILLOW

Needed this after surgery. At first I loved the firm support and thought it would give after daily usage but nope. It certainly helped maintain my posture and kept me adjusting but after a while my butt just hurt. Will survive unlimited usage due to firmness. Nice soft cover too
