Do you need iron?
Each small sized box is much more filling than I expected. Tasty, just like decades ago when I ate them regularly. A great source of iron which is desperately needed by many vegans.

For Keeping It Fresh!
This is my mother's favorite cereal and she was complaining that it had become very difficult to come by in our local grocery stores. After the revelation I began looking for it myself and discovred she wasn't lying. So I came to Amazon and found this for her. I like that the portions are small so that she has a fresh bowl every time without the product going stale too quickly. She says she has to open to to get the portion she needs but as this is not an everyday food, it will be nice knowing she'll have access to one of her favorite breakfasts for a few months before we have to worry about getting her restocked.
