Overall impression:Great product. Medium hold. Smells great. Washes out well.I love this product. It has a great smell and a nice soft non glossy or hard waxy hold. I can run my hands through it all day and not have any flaking or cracking or any crazy hair, easily readjust able. I have a short cut sides, high taper and short up to my part. The front of my hair is longer for a nice quiaff. After showering, (only wash my hair every 2-3 days for optimal health), I towel dry. Apply a quarter size of moose into my palm and message into the damp hair at the roots. Next I use a men's boar bristle brush with a blow dryer on a low heat and high speed settings brushing my hair to the part side, forward in the back to calm my occipital Coe lick, and straight on the bangs for good volume. Next I take a finger dollop size amount of product, smear on my palms and warm product to a nice consistency between my palms. Then apply the product along the grain of my part and quiaff. Next intake a large spaced comb and control any unruly hairs. If it is rainy or windy or close to my next haircut I will apply a tiny amount of hairspray. I've never been one to 'style' my hair but now that I'm in the business world, I needed to change up my hair style. I use the size of a red hot candy each morning to style the 1" bangs to the side of my hair and it holds all day. If I need to readjust during the day, its super simple. No additional product needed. I wish I knew about this product sooner

What that show in the picture is NOT what they are selling. The Premium Blends product that is advertised in the picture has a much richer and smoother texture as well as a better smell, I have used it before and have been a fan of the product in the picture…. However, the product that was delivered was the most basic pomade the company makes, the texture is like spreading oily plastic through your hair, no hold whatsoever it just makes your hair look sweaty and dirty.

Perfect for my hair style. Only complaint is scent is not very pleasant, but it's not terrible either. I'd use it over everything else I'd try.

I ordered this and opened it and it poured out everywhere. I though this was just an issue with heat during shipping so I returned and got another one. Same thing. It is very poorly mixed and very inconsistent in texture. I remixed it with a popsicle stick but there's still chunks in it. Also doesn't hold throughout the day. I keep a very simple side part and work at a desk and by the end of the day, the hold is mostly gone. It does smell good and I like that the product doesn't seep out of my hair and eventually to my forehead but it's just not a product I can see myself buying again.

I have been using another gel product designed for hold on my hair a long time, but even though it is "non-flaking", there is always some to deal with. I decided to try the Suavecito Pomade because I still want a matte look, but want to be able to work it through the day and not have flakes. This stuff really works and I am regretting ever using anything else. It stays workable all day, my hair feels much better and I like the pleasant fragrance. You can use a little or a lot for different looks. It washes out easily as well. Do your head a favor and use a good pomade rather than hair gel.
