Marvel Masterworks: The X-Men Vol. 13

(Kindle Edition) Issue #201 "Duel" is missing from this collection. Yes it's on the cover and in the ToC, but then the book starts at #202, "I've gone to kill the Beyonder". Which is really unfortunate because now #201 is orphaned from the Masterworks line. No idea if this is true for the print version as well.
