Ahoy Captain! Ye Need This Mug Matey!
This has become my "Go-To" desk coffee mug.It keeps stuff really hot or really cold as you like. It is practically impossible to accidentally spill this mug, you'd have to place it on a bad surface. Rugged, the bottom stays put, wide mouth makes it easy to clean, it is well-balanced for carrying even with an armful of items. I'd be hard-pressed to go back to a regular mug now. I hear some folks say the Stanley mugs are expensive...quality and performance are relative. I feel like the two I purchased were cost-effective investments. If you want a quality mug that performs, this is your target right here. I should mention that I've also purchased them for my daughters for school and other pastimes.

Solid coffee vessel
What can I say - it holds coffee and keeps it warm! I bought it for the office so I can slap this bad boy down on my desk with zero tip over risk. And let’s be honest, it has old school good looks.

Best mug in the biznatch
Keeps it cold or hot.Indestructible. Hard to spill due to its shape. The rubber grips underneath are very much a lot grippy.

Excellent product.
My wife absolutely loves this. We use it in the car, the RV, and at home. It is solidly built, takes a beating, and never tips over. It keeps her ice-water cold for hours, and it doesn't sweat. Great product.

Tough to open
This is a nice cup that holds the heat well, however the complaints on opening the lid are no joke! It is very difficult for me to do even using two hands to pop the spout up and (I workout 6 days a week),however my husband doesn't mind,so ladies beware

Does what it says.
Does what it says. Can't tip it over by any normal bump. The lid fits great but the snap-up portion is tight. I have 4 of these, and two of them are seriously tight, and two are very snug, but I can lift the snug ones and I have some pain in my hands. Dishwasher is fine, and I put the lids on the top rack, just because I put all plastic on top rack. I fill the room-temperature mug at 8 am with very hot tea, scalding hot, and do not pre-warm it. I leave the snap-up lid, in open position and drink some. Around 10 am I put the snap lid down but not snapped shut. At noon it is still hot. At 3pm it is still plenty warm to drink. If I had snapped the lid shut I imagine it would have been hot longer. It does not retain odors or stain.

Husband Approved On-The-Go Mug
Bought this cup for my husband and he was initially not impressed simply because he makes fun of my Stanley cups. However, this has quickly become his favorite and most used coffee mug. It holds a surprising amount, its wide base makes it very sturdy, and the tight latch on the lid allows it to travel well. My husbands only complaint is that the base is too wide to fit in a cup holder - but the grip on the base is impressive and he hasn’t had any issues with it riding on his console.

Super stable, Stanley quality
Anyone whose father used a 'lunchbox' to take meals to work, probably saw a large Stanley Thermos in use everyday. They seemed to be standard equipment for most blue collar workers, lasted forever and never failed to pour a hot cup of coffee when needed.Fast forward to today: I don't often need a large Thermos, as I do office work and only camp or work outside occasionally. But I DO need a solid cup. My cup normally sits next to my computer and has a very low profile. The wide base keeps it upright even when it gets bumped as I sometimes misjudge the distance a bit.It has only gone camping with me a few times. It keeps a beverage the temp you want and seals nicely. The odd shape makes packing a challenge unless you hang it on a carabiner or use a paracord sling. The handle is large enough to use even with work gloves on. I haven't tried winter gloves yet, but you should be able to get a good grip regardless. It might be me, but I find many cup lids have a tendency to dribble or drip when I drink from them, especially as they age and the seals loosen. Not so here. The lid is screws in tight and doesn't dribble when you drink from it.This is not a 'cupholder' sized cup. Its' rubberized bottom is designed to sit on flat surfaces and stay put. I can verify that it sits nicely on multiple brands of pickup truck hoods without scratching or marring the finish of the city trucks. That's not normally a concern for 'country' trucks.....Good cup, works as advertised and seems well built. The rubber bottom might eventually tear or crack, but there are no signs of breakdown yet.I can only hope it lasts as long as my Dad's Thermos.
