Top top great dog food for my Golden. Since there were recent negative reviews I wanted to post my dog has done well on this food; and I'm 110% in favor of this dog food.

Don’t know why venison is so expensive. My dogs love it but can’t afford it often.

I wish I could rank this lower than one star! I had been feeding my dog this for a year or so and she liked it because she has a chicken allergy...hence I got Lamb & rice(no chicken!). Then for a month or 2 my dog got really sick...I took her in to the vet, did all I could think to help her... then I checked the ingredients and found chicken meal was the 2nd most ingredient!! They CHANGED this recipe and it REALLY HURT MY DOG!! I don't read the ingredients on every bag I purchase, hence didn't realize it changed. I will never do that again and I will never buy Nutro brand again!! I hope this helps others that don't want or can't have their dogs eating chicken! Don't buy this food!

Penny loves this food. I do too, because it has minimal, healthy ingredients and gives her a lovely shiny coat. This tells me she is ingesting high quality food.She's also a picky eater, but doesn't turn her nose away from this food. It doesn't matter to me what the cost is, quality is of most importance.

The food my dog loves I love it because she doesn’t have any problems like with other food with beEd and what not in it. she does very well with the food. The most important thing right now you are finally delivering it to my porch and I’m so easily able to get it in my home without caring it. That is been the one thing I’ve been working with you trying to get you to put it on my porch thank you you finally did so I appreciate it very much even more every other month that you did deliver the food you get it to the right porch thank you thank you thank you

Dogs love it

My dog started getting sick when we opened this bag of food. We had previously purchased the exact type (lamb and rice, adult, not small bites).I noticed a different look immediately. But what I didn’t expect was for a significant enough difference in formula to impact my dogs health. He began refusing it and getting sick. We never expected the food but as a last resort, went to the pet store and picked up a new bag. Low and behold, the same “type” was completely different! I put out the pet store food tonight and he ate it immediately. I only wish I had noticed sooner so it could be returned (I bought two bags when it was on sale)

My local pet food retailer was out of stock, so I gave Amazon.ca a try.Fast (non-Prime) delivery right to my front door at a competitive price.Great food too - healthy dog with a great coat.

I have been ordering this dog food for a few years and this time it arrived and the bag had somehow gotten wet in the delivery process so the bag was open and food is wet. I don’t feel comfortable feeding this to my dog. I went to return or request a replacement but apparently this item isn’t eligible for returns. I didn’t realize that anything wasn’t eligible for returns. I’m quite surprised as I’ve had really good experience with Amazon returns in the past. Im quite disappointed that I just threw money down the drain.

My dogs eat it, but that said, one is a yellow lab, and labs eat anything.The other is an English Springer, and picky.We add Nutro wet chicken stew to their dinner time meal, and Costco rotisary chicken, small portion, to breakfast (cheaper and healthier than canned food)

This is not the same food as it used to be and made my dog sick.They must be packaging the food using a different product. Not as it used to be.
