I purchased "Soundcore Arc Wireless Sport Earphones by Anker, IPX5 Water Resistant" on July 8th of this year and I'm very happy with this purchase. The sound quality is much better than my original Apple earbud and I can use it for music listening and/or making phone call for an average of 8 hours or so daily without needing to charge in between. I did have issue with the usb cable that went bad but after sending a short message to customer support via Amazon, they contacted me, helped me debug the issue and sent me a replacement part without any charge to me. Shelly, the customer support specialist went out pf her way to make sure that I'm happy and that what I called "superb customer support". I already bought several products from Anker and will continue to look to them for bluetooth speakers and earphones products.

Ich bin wirklich zufrieden, aber nicht überrascht. Ich habe schon selbst einige Produkte von Anker und bin immer zufrieden mit denen gewesen. Sowohl in der Ausstattung, als auch im Preis. Für den Preis, was es kostet, bekommt man ein Bluetooth Headset, was keine spitzen Qualität Sound hat, aber trotzdessen wirklich guten Sound. Ich habe die komplette Ausstattung, die im Paket inbegriffen sind, abfotografiert und finde es gut, dass man wirklich viel für sein Geld bekommt. Man kann die Kopfhörer sehr gut an sein Ohr anpassen, sodass sie angenehm zu tragen sind und man die auch über lange Zeit tragen kann, was mich zum nächsten Toppunkt bringt: die 10h Akkulaufzeit. Die kann ich nur bestätigen, dass die wirklich lange durchhalten, im Playmodus. In Pause schalten die in ein Standby, was die Akkulaufzeit sogar noch verlängert. Auch die Bluetooth Verbindung bleibt stabil, wenn nich als so viele Störquellen in der Nähe sind, auf Bahnhöfen kann so daher immer mal zu kleineren Ausfällen kommen, was sich aber kurz darauf wieder stabilisiert.Auch anrufen, Anruf entgegennehmen oder ablehnen ist einfach gemacht. Man brauch wirklich beim laufen nicht sein Handy herausholen, da man sogar, wenn man die mittlere taste für ca. 1 Sekunde im Playmodus oder im Ruhemodus gedrückt hält, den Google Assistent ruft und man so einen Befehl geben kann (auch im Standby des Handys).Sorry, dass meine Bewertung so ausschweifend geworden ist, aber ich wollte alle Punkte aufzählen, warum ich einen kauf nur raten kann.
