I’m 5’7 170 pounds 34” waist. What size do you recommend?

HI. I'm 5'6 1/2 189 pounds 38" waist. I purchased the XL size. At the tightest adjustment, it's OK. I should have purchased the Large. To answer your question, in your case, I'd go with the MEDIUM. You'll love it! It changes your body shape and turns you into a stud. I'm 69 years old and It takes care of my "moobs".

Th e reviews are confusing. Some many say choose a size up with some saying choose a size down. Which is it? Im 5'10 212lbs.

I'm 5'11", 195 lb. Mine is a 2XL. There are three lines of adjustments (eye hooks). I have mine set at the tightest adjustment level. It snug but not uncomfortable at all. If there was one more tighter level I might have tried it but at this level it does the job for me. I especially like the back support I need & get from using it. I think for your 210lb & 5'10" height the 2XL would be perfect.

If you wear 3X-L shirts, you should try the 3X-L vest. The fit really depends on your body shape. It's a compression vest, so obviously it's going to be a very, very uncomfortably tight fit -- especially if you have a belly. But, a tight fit is the point . . . pull everything in and keep it tightened down. I will say, this "mirdle" features an intricate, multi-tiered, 15-hook and eye closure panel that allows you to make some small adjustments in the fit.

Honestly you're going to want to get the 3xl. If it's too small it will rise up on you. What inkenanit will start to go up as you move around and you'll keep readjusting it if it's not the right size.

Buy 1 size down and you be good.

I'm very happy with this purchase. I usually am able to fit into xl shirts just fine but I have trouble with larges. A large size hugs my gut tight but will fit on me. So instead of ordering a x-large size I went a size down to a large compression shapewear shirt. I'm 5'11 235lbs with a 36 waist. It is a stretchy spandex like material so at first it seem like it was going to be a little straneous putting it over my head 😅. But it wasn't too bad, once I had my head in and arms in. It was just the matter of pulling it down and the fastening it. If you're in a rush this might not be the short for you. Because of the hooks to fasten in the additional layer you need a bit of time. Hooking the front cover was actually simple just a bit time consuming. Functionality is great, so far it hasn't bunch nor rolled up doing regular activities such as bending over, crouching, or even grabbing something from up high. When I sit it stays secure and it very discreet. I currently wearing a shirt that I don't like to wear cause it hugs my body with my gut. I'm comfortably wearing this shirt with no effort. I don't have to focus on sucking in my gut either the compression shapewear shirt does it job and keep my gut tucked in. BTW I do have man boobs and it also does a great job at compressing them. I'm very satisfied and will be ordering a set for a whole week worth.
