Works well, easy to use, always charged in the station--I actually clean my floors regularly now. It's worth every penny if you can afford it. If you are at that age where you have a favorite appliance, this will be it. You do need to keep the chamber clean and empty. Haven't had long enough to address wear/repair issues.

So easy to use. It is so easy to go around chairs at the kitchen table. No wires to fuss with. It is light enough to keep vacuuming without fatigue. The trigger is sort of a hair trigger, LOL I have scared myself carrying it out to vacuum and if you get too close it starts its powerful whirrrrrring . Other than that I love it. So easy to empty the basket. Love the sound it makes too, its powerful but not that loud.

I have loved Dyson vacuums for years. This is my fourth one and I’m so disappointed. On the plus side it is light weight and it does not set my dog to barking like the others. BUT the canister fills very quickly and has to be emptied often, the dust trap clogs up, and it doesn’t pick up a lot of dirt - on hard floors it blows the dirt around. Hate to say it but I just bought a Shark.

This is the best vacuum I have ever used. It picks up dirt and even floor/furniture dust so much better than other vacuums. It is lightweight and has excellent maneuverability, especially with it being cordless. The only thing I would change is to have a bigger dust bin - it fills up quickly because this machine is so efficient. Although it is priced higher than others it is SO worth it!

My unit stopped charging after 3 or 4 charge cycles, in which I used the unit a handful of times over about 6 months. I contacted customer service, they wanted to replace the vacuum unit, but not the battery. The customer service reps could not speak English and would not acknowledge that the battery wasn't able to charge, they kept recording issues with the vacuum cyclone after ignoring my responses to the troubleshooting. I'm an engineer, I can use a multimeter to show you that the battery is defective, yet they kept telling me the failure wasn't the battery, it was due to another part that was backordered, so there was no way to get me a working unit anytime soon. After being told that I have to mail in my unit, wait 14 days, then be sent a much cheaper, less capable unit as the only replacement option, I'm done with Dyson. It isn't worth the price to have the unit fail and then have their replacement program fail so hard.

Chose the used option and couldn’t be happier. Vacuum looked like new, right down to the wrapping. Works great and has more suction than the generic models.

Works the way a vacuum should. It's worth every penny. Don't bother with one of those self guided robot vacuums and buy this instead.

It feels like it’s not going to last. Only time will tell though.
