Would this fit in a pyramex hard hat?

No. This hard hat suspension is only made for an MSA Skullgard. You will need to search Pyramex suspension/liners for the correct one. You can also go to their website to see what is standard your hat.

Will the fast trac iii replace a trac ii?

willthis liner fit into a standard military helmet ?

This liner is specifically for MSA hard hats. It has not been tested or approved with any other company's products.

Can you adjust the straps to make it sit low on your head

Joshua was correct, there was just a little bit of adjustment to make them sit higher or lower. The hats need an appropriate amount of space between the shell and the persons head so they can only be adjusted down a bit. Thanks from Texas America Safety Company
