Best Wire for Audiophiles MAINS to A/C outlets
its a great product; absolutely the best, "spot on" for an upgrade of pre-existing or even "brand new" wire options for a stereo/audio reference room's power from the mains to the a/c outlets. My electrician loves it and smiles as it's known as the Cadilac of electrical wire for audiophiles.

It's wire. Not like the old wire.
I am not a pro, just a do-it-yourselfer. I didn't have to pull this through conduit so I can't vouch for that. I will say the shielding is flimsy, it tears fairly easily. It does not hug the wires, the wires rattle around inside the shielding. The shielding is very easily cut and removed. I assume all this makes it easier to work with for pros, but for a layman you have to be cautious not to rip through to the conductors. I was attaching this to 1979 wiring, and it's pretty shocking how much smaller the new wire is. Both old and new were 12-2 gauge, but the original copper is about twice as big around. How does that work?

Really nice stuff, the insulation is standard to this type of wire. It is NOT CSA approved, but it is Underwriters Laboratories Certified, which is common place in a lot of USA sourced products

NOT CSA APPROVED IN CANADA
Not happy went to run wire and realized it had paper coating that is not flame resistant. Come to find out it’s not CSA approved and now I have to go get different wire. Do not buy this item shouldn’t even be sold in Canada.
