will this take red or yellow or purple kool aid out of carpet?

I received my today. I got one full 32 fl. ounce bottle and another practically empty (maybe about a 1/4 or 1/6 ounce full and no receipt in the box. I’m never buying from this seller again. If I could give seller a 0 star rating I would.

What's the difference between this & the Professional Folex? Beyond the professional having two more ounces and being cheaper?

what is the difference between the spot remover and the stain remover?

My non-expert answer is that a spot is more surface and a stain is more soaked in. Folex will handle most of the small ones, 1" to 6". Others may take a stronger, more industrial application. But for quick clean up of spills and other small stains (especially recent ones) Folex works. I once went out of state and rented a room in someone's basement. The former renter was a student, and spilled drinks and food on the carpet. It took several applications and scrubbings on some spots/stains, but Folex took care of them all.
