Resistance Chair Super Pack - Includes Everything You Need for Resistance Chair

I just got this fully in (apparently as far as total packages and items go, since stuff was missing and no effort seems to be put forth to correct) yesterday, and put together today and gave it a trial run. For what it is designed to do, it seems to work well since it meets my needs. However, as I said, this seems to be a seller issue, whereby the items I was sent were used or refurbished instead of brand new as promised. I say this because the packaging to the chair and the recumbent bike attachment was obviously torn open and retaped shut at some point. The Chair was supposed to come with two included DVDs and two extra sets of cables, neither of which were in the box (nor were any sort of instructions on how to put chair together). There were no instructions to the recumbent bike or the overhead stretch units, either. Finally, the set as ordered was supposed to include a full set of extra resistance bands and four DVDs that were separate and independent of the ones supposed to be included with each piece of equipment (if included). I only received two of those DVDs, and no resistance bands. As it is, when originally delivered all that came was the chair, nothing more...something certainly not worth the $800+ I spent for the entire system (including tax and shipping). It took an email back to the seller to get them to send the rest of the items purchased. I am certain that if I hadn't emailed them, they would have been happy to keep my cash and leave me without the rest of the equipment.

I bought this resistance chair for my wife, she is disable and can't stand or walk very well has very little grip in her hands. , the bicycle attachment is great for building the legs. the many different attachments and locations of the bands and handles makes it easy to work out entire body from the seated position. I have also used this workout station and have had a great workout. I have been using it ever since.

Great exercise chair but more instructions on all the possible exercises you can do would be good. DVD does some that are not on included chart. But the included videos actually don't do that much with the chair do alot of sitting marching etc. No exercise instructions at all on the possible exercises to do with the shoulder bar or the rowing machine part of the bike. I have found YouTube videos of some additional exercises. Also beware the seller did not send the extra value pack of cables or the extra bike DVD took several emails and over 2 weeks to get everything.

Used it after my knee replacement and it did fantastic. Shortened my time at rehab. At 72, it is a great for exercising.
