Q: Can i use this as a butt plug?

Ypu have to spirally insert it though, since its a spirally magical unicorn horn. Though, I suppose you could go cheap and use a corn on the cob? (No cat involved hopefully) unless youre the cat in cosplay, in which case... call me ;)

Q: Will this fit a human?

This is not the normal size to fit a human but, we do have one that is supposed to be sized for a human head which is under ASIN: B0070QMUI2.

Q: Will this fit an adult iguana? And do you have a llama sized version?

Not owning an iguana, I can only guess. That said, it's a bit tight on my cat's head and he has a relatively small head compared to my other cat. It's also fairly adjustable.
