Hi, Thanks for asking. 1 cube is 2.2 oz. and 2 inches on each side and the small white pallino cube is 1.2 oz. and 1.5 inch. If you ware shoes, it doesn't hurt if you are barefoot and the cube falls with one of the corner on your foot it may hurt a little but all the cubes are pretty light weight. Hope this helps!
