Good set
This is a fantastic set of impact socket. For the price, you can't go wrong. I could buy the same set from Snap-Off for $300, but these do the job so well, why bother. I'm using them in the big rig diesel technician territory, and I'll update this review if something changes as per quality or other things. Only one this that I dislike about these sockets is that they are laser etched for the sizes, and the etching can get scratched off if you're throwing you sockets around or using them in a deep hole where the walls make contact with the outside. But that's not a deal breaker for me yet.

Medium Deep Impact Sockets
These are good as medium deep sockets for suspension work etc. Sometimes you need a deep socket, but you also don't have too much room to work under, so you want a deep socket that isn't too deep. That's where these come in. The deep sockets they sell at HD, under the Husky brand, are deeper than these Tekton ones, but its good to have both for various situations you might run into.I can certainly say the quality of these Tekton sockets is extremely good. You can tell when you pick them up that they aren't cheap and will last a long time. I would recommend.

Not good quality
These impact sockets are made of inferior chrome vanadium vs the chrome molybdenum that most sockets are made from which causes the need for thicker side walls, expect these Tektons to not fit into places where normal impact sockets do. Also there is no size stamping and I was not aware of that. The photo shows the tekton not fitting where my cheaper chrome moly socket does.

Nicely Packaged
Haven't used them yet but they fit snugly on an extension or impact drive anvil. Low profile storage case is a space saver, I like that. Time will tell as to durability, but the have a pretty good rep for that so far. Size range vs cost is excellent bang for the buck.

Buy it. You wont regret it,
I would recommend this 10 times over. The only downfall would be that the finish gets scratched quite easily. The laser-etched numbers will most likely fade over time. I wish they would have stamped the metal with the #. On the other hand, the plastic case is great to keep the sockets organized. Great for automotive work.
