I've been struggling for about 6 years with a skin sensitivity. Every month for a week or two my skin would be really sensitive and any shampoo I would put on it caused a red mark and would burn or itch. My husband uses herbal essences and I thought that would help but it didn't. I tried baby shampoo but it didn't lather at all. I tried a couple others but nothing seemed right. One day I found a sample bottle of this and tried it. I have never had the skin issue again and I love the smell. I have long thick hair so I don't need volume or thickness so I can't speak to how well that works but I do love it doesn't bother my skin. I know some others said it doesn't lather. It does lather some, probably not as much as herbal essences but it's actually pretty good. It takes quite a few pumps to use on my hair but I don't mind. Definitely recommend this for anyone with sensitive skin

Like the product. Smells very good. Pumps do not work. They do not look broken, they just don’t work. You pump and pump and it does not pull up the shampoo. *I finally had to just take off lid/pump which I don’t like in case it gets knocked over and spills.

5 stars apply to product IN bottle:This product smells amazing. It cleanses all hair types (over-processed/damaged to healthy) really well, without residue. And, it leaves your hair soft (with just the shampoo alone).I LOVE THIS PRODUCT. It is my new favorite.Only thing: they have since changed the pump design to a wider, "controlled" dispense type (see pic 1 (new pump design) compared to pic 2; not same product but same pump style of old design): it does not work! And because the mouth on the bottle is wider than normal bottles of the same size, I can't change it out with another pump.Devs: PLEASE CHANGE THE PUMP BACK TO ORIGINAL! - can't even pump product from bottle with the new one :(

It cleans my hair and leaves it fresh and smelling nice. No mind blowing affects, but if you want shampoo for scalps more sensitive to synthetic chemicals then you should go for this!
