It’s great to use inside!! It will still hurt if you hit someone in the face with it so still be careful. It’ll also still break things and knock stuff down.It’s great for 1 person juggling practice. It doesn’t make a ton of sound. It’s soft on one’s feet. It’s held up with daily playing for a couple of months through kids and adults. It’s also holds up with or without shoes on.

Great soccer ball for indoors and outdoors especially when playing with smaller children; they won't get hurt if hit by the ball. My grandchildren range from 5 - 10 years old and they all play soccer. This keeps the younger one who has really good skills but not up with the two 7 year old and 10 year old - he doesn't get hurt when playing in the goal or playing offence.
