I was a bit sceptical of ordering online for a product without seeing it, not knowing if it was the correct item, what shape it would be in upon arriving and if it really would be as cost effective at listed. I also wondered if it would arrive in a timely manner and be packed efficiently. Well, now that I have tried Amazon online ordering, I can only say I will make sure I look here first before anywhere else.My product came and I was very pleased with the speedy delivery, great packaging and having the item be not only correct but very cost effective, has now made me a believer. I saved about 75% of what I would have paid at a local vendor (which I would have loved to support if the cost had been better) and got exactly what I wanted. I tried these bags in my 1 year old Miele Neptune because many other reviewers said they were just about as good as genuine Miele bags and the cost is significantly less, but I found that they're not worth the money saved.When I tried the first bag, it seemed OK (going from a full - very full - Miele bag to the Envirocare bag), but before it was 1/3 full, I had lost considerable suction with my vacuum cleaner. I changed bags, and it was happening again by the second time I vacuumed. I was having to repeatedly go over spots and still not pick everything up. It was very frustrating. Needless to say, I went through all 5 bags very quickly, and by the time I started the 4th bag I was determined never to buy these again. On the 5th bag, it was not even 1/4 full and just wasn't working well. So I switched to a new Miele bag, and I am astonished at how much suction my Neptune has. It's a totally different vacuum with the Miele bags, picks up everything instantly, and I can vacuum until the bag is stuffed full.I won't bother with Envirocare bags again. The loss in power, the frustration at not getting the rug clean and taking three times longer, and having to change bags long before they're full, is definitely not worth the savings in the purchase price.

I have no complaints with these bags at all. The cardboard frame is sturdy enough for them to work well (why insist on plastic on a product you're certain to throw away?). I've never had one come apart during normal use, normal operation or removal and disposal (if 4 of your 5 bags burst--I suspect its user error). I did a heads up comparison between a new OEM bag and this bag and I fail to see any appreciable difference in suction or dust in the machine. I don't have pets but I do have two kids; we vacuum every other day. I bought these a year ago and still have one left. The order shipped Amazon Prime and was delivered within two days of being ordered. In short, I have had none of the negative experiences others report with these bags. Very satisfied with both performance and price. Placing second order today.

I bought a package of these locally and was dismayed that they were almost as expensive as the genuine Miele bags (I was given the impression it was the genuine bag). I was thrilled to see the low price Amazon offers and ordered 2 packages. They are not perfect, but at 1/3 the price, they are definitely good enough. These bags don't fit as well in the compartment and don't fill quite as well. Also the cardboard valve/flange is a bit flimsy, but in the end does the job.

This product works well with my Miele vacuum and is an economical substitute for the Miele brand. In spite of getting the job done, I am not a fan of the cardboard that is used in place of the plastic tab part that locks the vacuum bag in place. It works, and I've had no problems with it, just not a fan.These are a great alternative to the high prices charged by my local Vacuum specialty store for the Miele brand of bags, and the same prodcut they offered me as a substitute when they were out of the original equipment... price offered here is WAY BETTER than what I paid at the vacuum store... they charged me almost as much as for the Miele brand bags! Boy, do I know better now!

I purchased my bags on July 3, 2011. I waited the two weeks that it was supposed to take to receive the bags and nothing came. I then contacted the company and was told that they would send the bags right out. I waited one more week and contacted the company again, This time the owner responded and apologized for my problems and personally put my vacuum bags out and I received them in two days. I would try the company again because of the owner's response and explanation of what happened to my original order and first email. The bags are the exact quality I purchased at the store where I bought my vacuum cleaner.
