In the process of lifting a chair over a bicycle, I managed to pull something in the lower left side of my back. As a result, I was desperately looking for some deep massage relief. After searching for various massagers on Amazon I decided to give this one a try. I ordered it and was counting down the hours it would take to arrive. I realized that my expectations were building and I might be disappointed once I tried it out. I am happy to report it arrived a few hours ago and it works just as I imagined it would. In fact, I am using it as I write this review. The remote is a nice plus as it makes turning on and off, switching speeds, kneading modes, and turning the heat on and off very easy. Since I haven't had it long I can't comment on its longevity but I can say it doesn't appear cheap. The motors are quiet but powerful and the rollers don't bog down. It does have to plugged in to operate but that is not a negative for me. All and all I am quite satisfied with my purchase.

I don’t know where all of the negative reviews about how if you lie on it it won’t work because of the pressure because mine works fine and is very good at its job. I definitely recommend it.

As soon as I got it, I tried it right away. I fell in love with it right away. I had knots in my lower back, this massager worked them all out.

I wish it was portable so I could take it with me in the car but it has to be plugged into a wall outlet. I love the way it feels like fingers massaging.

I bought this massager in August of 2023 and by January of 2024 it had developed a significant click in the massager. It became far less effective and eventually stopped working. Amazon directed me to the manufacturer when I complained. I felt the need to notify potential users that this is not a dependable item.

I've had this massager for two months. The massager isn't as powerful as some that I've previous used. It's not very durable. The two rollers on one side no longer light/heat up, and one time this week the rollers on that side didn't work.

Well, we’ve bought several of these before from other companies. They were bulky and trying to reach behind your back to restart them was a huge hassle. First they were very heavy, too thick to comfortably lean back on to get a message. The button was hard to find or reach without lifting the whole thing up in the air, and again THEY WERE HEAVY. BUT THIS ONE IS SO MUCH BETTER. This one isn’t heavy or too wide to be comfortable when leaning against it. And it still gives you a strong message. The best part is the remote and they even supplied a power cord for the car, that’s great. My husband is 60 and still doing construction work. Without this messager, he wouldn’t be able to work due to his back being so painful. Thank you so much for an awesome, powerful messager. We couldn’t be happier we chose this one to purchase, which cost $39 and the last messager we bought, from a different company cost us $66 and didn’t even last one year.
