Fits my '83 GL1100 just fine, though I needed to put a bit of hard foam between it and the battery mounting bracket, but that is the case with most batteries. Let it charge up overnight using my Battery Tender Trick Charger. Started the bike up fine. My only complaint is that there was no mounting hardware to mount the terminals down with and the old nuts would not fit inside the space on the terminals on this battery. I had to grind both sides of the old ones down so they would fit. I don't drive the bike much but will hook up the tender to it about every 2 weeks to keep it charge up- will see how it holds up over time with very light use...

Either order a battery for my 39-yr-old Goldwing from a dealer 45 miles away, pay more than double, and wait several weeks, or click and receive this 2 days later? Easy call, and as far as I can tell so far, decent quality, too! Win/win!

For the price it is a good cheap battery, for a little more you can do better though. When the last one died, it left me in a rain storm stranded miles from home, no warning it was going, shorted internally and wouldn’t allow the bike to run even if jump started!! It would die when you pulled the jumper off.. so know that can happen with these batteries.

The battery lasted less than 6 months even with a battery tender attached. It has no cranking amps, as if it has a short. Seeing how many good reviews this product has received, I am hoping that mine is a fluke. I am submitting for the 18 month warranty and will see how what goes.Update - Customer service took care of my problem with 100% Satisfaction. I have no problem purchasing more batteries from Chrome Battery. Packaging has also improved greatly. Thanks!

This one is a replacement of the exact same that lasted just over 3 years in the Phoenix heat! I get the same life from the "high-end", more expensive batteries that are almost twice as much to buy!

Very happy with this battery so far. Placed it on my Yamaha motorcycle after giving it a full charge. No problems with starting since, even when the bike sits for a couple of weeks.It fit perfectly and was shipped in a safe box. The first battery they sent was bot too small and dead. Not a good "start". However, I contacted the seller who supplied me with a shipping label right away. I had to re-pack the bad battery, but as soon as I supplied a picture of the boxed battery going into the UPS store they sent a replacement. The new battery is a great deal on an AGM battery and it fits and starts the bike fine.I will take a picture of the install and get an SPL value to update this review soon.

So far, I am loving this thing. Lots of power spinning my GL1500SE over, and no problems at all with it yet. Love not needing to check water level. Wish I would have got one of these things earlier. I'm a fan of this type battery now. Time will tell on how it performs over a longer span of time, but so far, so good!
