I only use this item once since I've purchased it. It performed well. I'm still learning how to use it. I would recommended this product.

I have seen other complaints here that this case only holds the TomTom and not the windshield adapter. However, the case I received holds both parts of my TomTom XL330-S no problem. There is no way to get the power adapter in there but I normally leave that part in the car anyway. Overall, it does exactly what I need it for.

This item is not of particularly good quality. Not that one expects premium grade leather at these prices, but when it arrives already broken/torn, it's a problem. Additionally, although I very carefully selected a case meant for the correct model of Tom Tom, the fit just isn't there. It was near impossible to get the device in and zip it shut unless you disassembled the device every time, which is just silly. Even if you do take the mounting cup off, it's still a tight fit - people with reduced hand strength, arthritis, or other fine motor issues would have a really tough time using this item, because pulling the zipper shut when it's crammed in so tightly is nearly impossible. But don't worry, it will probably break the first time you try to close it anyway!

The case itself is well made, strong, durable. But the design is poor because of what you can not bring in the case.The case will only fit the TomTom, forget about the 12v charger or the mount for the window.If you are like me, and you travel, rent a car and use a TomTom to navigate this strange new destination... it would make sense that you need your accessories, but to achieve that you would need two cases.My case does get used, when i pull the TomTom off the mount i put it in the case and can zip it up with the charger still plugged in, i then toss that into the armrest or glovebox and don't have to worry about it getting damaged, i also throw this into my suitcase when i fly and i do not need to worry about it or anything in my bags being damaged (it is quite smooth on the exterior).Next time i purchase i will buy a Garmin and not another TomTom and i will pay particular attention to the design and size of the case. This was my first GPS and i did not think much about what the case needed to do.
