I have my HP Officejet Pro 8620 for at least ten years and have never had a problem. I think it’s due to using only HP ink. It may cost more but when I’ve needed to print something, it has always worked.

This is the 2nd time I have ordered this product. This time they came with the boxes a bit chewed up. I have not yet used any of them, but hopefully the cartridges in the boxes are ok. The first time I purchased them, it took a bit of time to be able to verify that they are genuine HP cartridges and not HP compatible cartridges. I have runined several printers using compatible HP cartridges instead of genuine in my printers. With that said, it would be a great improvement if the product description made it very clear they are genuine and not compatible cartridges.

Toner Planet seller responded w/in 24hrs my inquiry, reassured I would receive as pictured & described OEM HP 950XL 951XL replacement ink. Received the order quickly, well packaged (no damage to package or product), product as described. Immediately used the Cyan cartridge in my 8600 printer w/o issue. I would buy from seller again.The specific low stars are directed to HP, not the seller, my long standing love/hate for their nefarious management of ink in their printers & price gouging for their ink cartridges.

Quick delivery, expensive but have had problems in past with non HP cartridges, so happy to pay the premium

Purchased a set of HP toner cartridges from amazon.co.uk for use in Australia. They were the correct toner cartridge numbers, eg 951XL but discovered after some research and several conversations with HP that another code on the toner cartridge ie CN046A is used to do a check not only of it being a genuine HP toner cartridge but also was supplied in the same region. The one from the UK had a code of VN046AE and this resulted in the printer reporting that this toner cartridge is "not intended for use in this printer".There is no information on the HP website about this - only in forums and third party websites, so buyer beware.Still trying to reach a resolution with HP and may have to return the cartridges and then pay about $100 more in Australia to but a replacement set.
