Minus33 Merino WoolTimber Beanie Hat

The knit is pretty thin and aery on the top. It is the single plastic felt band around the forehead (inside the wool) that keeps this thing warm-feeling, but really the loose knit allows air to breeze through. It is about as thin a knit as you could have in a beanie. Any decent photo would show the daylight coming from behind and through the knit. Yes, technically it is Merino but thinner than dress socks. I would seek a thicker hat unless you plan to wear this under a helmet or on relatively warm breezy days.If you chose Merino instead of fleece, then get a different hat. I hate fleece next to my skin when perspiring a lot and hoped that the Merino would offer its superior qualities, but the fleece band is wide and the Merino ever so thin.It is a half decent combination but definitely aimed at keeping price point down.

Excellent item

Boy I was disappointed in this hat.It read well, seemed like it would be a great cold weather beanie.yuck!The band is crooked, that would be ok I maybe if it were a hand knitted hat, but its machine madeand really the worse part is that it is double layered in the lower half of the hat.. I was like what is thatall about.To me this was a great example of shoddy workmanship and I will not be buying anything for this company in the future.

If you enjoy having a cold head and frozen ears,,then this is the hat for you !!So Skimpy you can actually see light through material.This is definitely Not cold weather gear....it's just more "made in China " junk.Highly disappointed ,... Don't buy.

Not sure if it is the real product or a fake. It doesn’t have the minus33 badge sewed to it like those I see online, the packaging was just a bag, and the tags seem fake, nothing like the tags that came with my minus33 shirt last week.I hope it keeps my head warm!
