Awesome workout tool
Wooo～ I love it. I can use it anywhere at any time. Helped me build Muscle, tone my arms, abs, legs and glutes.

Low Quality
This product was very flimsy. I had to twist the tension portion around the bar so many times. It was like it was old and used. I, unfortunately, sent it back as there was not enough tension to work my muscles effectively. So sad as I really wanted this to work.

Broke on first use
On the first use, one leg strap snapped and smacked my foot. Didn’t hurt too bad, but I was barely 10 reps into deadlifts when it broke 😭 I have other resistance cables that I just ended up looping through and used with this bar. Didn’t want to just throw it away.

Not as pictured
Didn't include the yoga mat as pictured. Resistance bands are only light resistance and when looped around bar they constantly slide off. Not much of a workout for a fit individual

This thing is great!
I’ve really missed my Pilates reformer sessions during the pandemic and this device is the next best thing. It’s surprisingly effective. I’m so glad I bought it. Well made, collapses easily. I may buy another one to have at the office. For something so simple, I’m pleasantly surprised!
