Can cause soreness from using and possible chaffing for long periods, to be honest couldn't really tell the difference - though I do have a curved spine from birth so could just be that why I don't feel much different.

I'm 195 cm 127Kgs I can get into it. I can feel the "brace' pulling on me to sit up straight and improve my posture, as other reviewers have stated it "cuts" around the arm pits, for me that is because its doing its job. Not sure how long I can wear it, certainly not all day (maybe I will get there) At the moment not so sure about lower back support and Lower back pain. But the velcro belt gets around my big tummy. I wear the brace over a long sleeve t-shirt I'm able to pull everything lower. All in all its worth a go

Two days in and I have seen immediate results with this piece of kit. I am wearing it over my shirt but under a gilet in the office and you can’t see it. I have chronic lower back pain from years of sitting badly and not only has this pulled my back into the correct posture and is making me feel taller, but in a seat my back is absolutely in the position it needs to be in and I have no lower back pain. Cannot recommend it enough. I am hoping over time my back “learns” to keep this alignment without wearing it and I am also now doing core and back exercises to further help this process along. Bottom line: it works and is well made.

Best Buy! I notice a difference in me and my Partner's posture. It's not something to try to wear all day cause it can be restrictive. I wear in the morning or in the afternoon. It's definitely worth it!

Returning. does not work no where near enough support to stop slouching

I used this as I work from home every day and have noticed I am not sitting with the correct posture. Putting this on was easy, comfortable and I can feel myself getting better posture. Only down sides, as a larger person it kept ridding up a bit. So I have to readjust it when I move. Sitting still is fine but if I get up it moves. Other than that, it is a high quality product which you should consider if you have back pain or posture issues. The padding on the shoulder straps are a nice touch for extra comfort

Doesnt work for taller people, im 6'2 and it was wraping around bottom of my ribcage rather than waste so it was uncomfortable to tighten it therefore i couldnt get it to force posture into a right position, I would say 5'8 would be the max height this was made for. I ordered size L (that was largest at the time). Save your time and look for something else. Build quality seemed fine.

Man the price is crazy and it actually works. What mind blowing is the real metal rod in the brace instead of a fake one. This is a must buy trust me.

Shoulder pads moved all over the place.

I have a short torso, so unfortunately this was too long. Kept poking my butt. Not too comfortable but I’m sure it works well for normal shaped people.

I like how the device has a sturdy metal backing along the spine. The shoulder straps are stretchy and adjustable. Overall the product is comfortable and great for wearing while I watch tv or work at my desk.
