Great quality, Works like a dream loads of control of how much is coming off, slightly off putting is the dust bag not really working.

A good piece of kit, used it to reduce some 34x 44mm wide pieces 400 long to 32mm thick. Then put 2 side by side and made a rebate for hinges. Blocks glue together & fitted inside a hollow door cavity. Some one knock the door off its hinges pushing wheelchair! Saved buying a new door. Will be useful.

This is a really good machine. Used it on three doors so far and it’s worked great. The dust collector is utterly garbage tho hence the four stars, but I’ll find a way around that. Shame the manufacturer doesn’t read these reviews and act on customer feedback

Ready to use straight out if the box easy change of cutting depth with the dial. Used it today to smooth down recycled fence posts it did the job in a couple of passes, much easier than using a manual plane. I also used the bag to collect the shavings, there is still some clean up to do but most of it went in the bag, a great addition, the plane also has a fitting to attach to vacuum.Super tool at a superb price if you need an electric plane at an affordable price you can not go wrong with this one. A good purchase for me. .

In-expensive planner for the money. It works as well as are more expensive item,,we'll,worth the money, would buy again.

Bought to fit new doors around house.Felt like a good built tool when removed from box and I must say it made light work of the job it was bought for.Simple to use and powerful enough for general use.Only slight issue is dust bag not sturdy enough.But for the price would highly recommend for a home plane.Nice addition to your tool kit

I bought this as I needed a couple of simple jobs doing to adjust doors and plinths to fit following a change in flooring. The quote from a carpenter to do the job was more than the cost of this tool so I thought Inwould give it a go myself. The room itself is sturdy, easy to assemble and simple to use. Even as someone with limited DIY skills I managed to plane the doors and plinths without any issues with a good finish. I would recommend being cautious with the depth settings to begin with, it can be set up to 2mm depth, so better to start lower and repeat until you are used to the tool and the job! Overall, this is a decent enough tool for small domestic jobs, at a good price (especially on sale) and is simple enough for anyone to use.
