I was enrolled in a Meditation class and Oprah stated that for the longest time she had this book on her night stand. I received it Saturday morning and have read half way through it. It is absolutely beautiful and the CD that comes with the book made going to sleep so easy. It will be a book that I will keep forever and continually read.

By far the best books of poems and reflections on how to live a more present life. I have shared the readings for years with my yoga and meditation students and have given this book to many friends as a gift. LOVE Ann Mortifee!!!!

I loved this book so much that I purchased it for a friend! (She loved it also)I don't read it in order...I randomly choose a page, (there are 2 thoughts on each page) I read the thoughts and apply it to my day. If it is extra special then I mark it for the end of the reflection! What a wonderful read for your day! I highly recommend this beautifully illustrated and meaning art of love!

Someone read an excerpt from this book at an Interfaith Service. I was extremely moved by the reading and bought a copy for myself. This is a book filled with beautiful images and thoughts. It is both soothing and inspirational. I am grateful to Ann Mortifee.

Beautiful and poetic book, bought for a friend, but I had a week to enjoy it before giving it away. My gift was very well received.

Ann Mortifee has put together something marvelous here. I've been reading one passage each morning as soon as I awaken. Each passage is beautifully written and this is a wonderful, meditative way to start the day. The CD is also quite nice - I enjoy listening to it from time to time. This book will make a wonderful gift for yourself or someone you love.

This book is advertised as having a CD of music to accompany it. It was not enclosed.Also the corners of the last 3 or 4 pages were folded over and creased .....so not in perfect condition.As a fan of the late Paul Horn (the authors partner) I was looking forward to hearing the 'sound track' to the book.So a little disappointed!

Bought this book for my wife which she has enjoyed We have just discovered that there should have been a CD inside the back cover which appears to be missing. Has anyone else found this problem

Wonderful reading with reminders of what is important in life by a Canadian singer/songwriter/writer. Bonus is the CD that comes with it in which Ann Mortifee presents some of her readings accompanied by the flute of her late husband Paul Horn. A great gift.
