They all just make perfect sense and the putting the one minute manager to work is great to read after you have read the original as it gives really easy tips on how to get into the one minute mindset. My staff have noticed the difference and I am less stressed and happy at work. I lent my staff the book to read so they are fully on board too.

I love and enjoy every booklet from this series. It is full of joy and it delivers the message in a smooth and efficient way.I strongly recommend it.
