Q: Does this work for a 2004 suburban with power pedals? The pedal button is not in the same cluster, but on the face of the door panel.

The unit did not work in my 2004 suburban, would not operate the foot pedals or mirrors. Even though the foot pedals switch is in a different unit, this window switch controls it. I believe U need: ACDelco® 15883319 more details on - https://www.carid.com/acdelco/gm-original-equipment-door-lock-and-window-switch-mpn-15883319.html. I disassembled the original unit (took the unit apart piece by piece), cleaned the contacts and all the functions worked. Good luck

Not sure about a 2005, but it worked for a 2003.

Hi, if the current one in the vehicle looks just like this one then yes. If you have adjustable pedals you might need a different part number.

Thanks for the info. I Agree with you, my pedals do not function either. My foot pedals worked with the old module, not this one. Other web sites mention this part number can not be used if your vehicle has adj. foot pedals, Amazon's web page did not (at least I haven't found that disclaimer on amazon) . Returned item to Amazon / Seller.update 3-24-17; my mechanic indicates U need GM15883319 (Fits Models with Power Adjuster Pedals (Jf4)) more details on - https://www.carid.com/acdelco/gm-original-equipment-door-lock-and-window-switch-mpn-15883319.html. These appear to be in limited supply. I cleaned my circuit board and the unit works like new,( 2004 Q-steer suburban )
