Kyocera Duraforce Pro 2 E6920 64GB Android Smartphone Black AT&T Carrier (Renewed)

I really liked this phone. The cost, battery life and functions were great. However after 3 months the screen wouldn't turn on. The company refunded my money. I'm overall more satisfied with the company.

Previous phone broke but SIL likes the ruggedness of this phone. Despite warranty, ATT stopped carrying this phone and wantef several hundred to upgrade. Bought this and it worked and was cheaper than using warranty.

Very happy with the phone although it does have some of the previous owner’s information in it.

Terrible quality, I would have expected at least some level of basic QC from Amazon, but they've utterly failed. The first stopped working after a little over a month. It began restarting itself to the safe boot menu every time it finished starting up. The second was so thooughly unwaterproof that when I tried to rinse it off water immediately got behind the screen. From there, it had limited function on the touchscreen, after which it stopped working entirely, and when I dropped it while trying to drain it out a bit, the screen broke and snapped off entirely. I've dropped this thing from higher without issue, and would expect far more from a supposedly ruggedized phone. I'm guessing whatever cheapout adhesives and materials the refurbisher used were weakened by even mild exposure to water in a supposedly waterproof phone. These phone are not rugged, not waterproof, and not like new. At least when the first suddenly started rebooting itself every time it finished booting up I was able to speedrun to the factory reboot and send it back in for a refund. The second I can't even get to that, so I'm probably going to have to eat the loss AND go buy a new phone since this service is so unreliable. I'm certainly not sending a phone I haven't factory rebooted back in to a company so clearly dishonest. I wish I could give this zero stars, would not reccomend to anybody.

I recently purchased the Kyocera Duraforce Pro 2 E6920 64GB Android Smartphone Black AT&T Carrier and I am very pleased with it. The phone is rugged and durable, making it perfect for outdoor activities. The battery life is excellent and the phone is fast and responsive. The camera is great and takes clear pictures. The phone also has a great selection of apps and features. The AT&T network is reliable and provides good coverage. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend this phone to anyone looking for a rugged and reliable smartphone.

The customer service is excellent. They made sure the phone would work with the service I have. They even followed up. This seems to be a durable phone and not too huge for my farmer husband. He breaks things. I would give this product 5 stars on all aspects but it is a reconditioned phone and it would be nice to have a booklet or instructions with the phone. A good phone and excellent service from the seller. I will look for this company again.

I have owned 2 Duroforce phones previously, and LOVED them. I am a klutz, I drop my phone a LOT. Never any damage. My last one's battery but the dust, and AT&T no longer supports KYOCERA. This replacement filled my need. Extremely happy that I didn't have to learn a new phone!!

This phone isn’t the worst but not the greatest by any means. I would only recommend this phone for someone that is rough with phones, someone in construction. It can take a licking. In my opinion it’s good for a work phone.
