Size:Adapter | Style:24 Pin 90° The ATX 24 pin 90 Degree adapter adds a number of possibilities to how users can install the main power Connector to their motherboard from the PSU. It makes it so that the 24 Pin main power cable can be installed to the Motherboard at a 90 degree angle, making it so that builders no longer need to wrap/fold the cable up and Back over the motherboard to make the connection. This change in angle gives the main power Connector more direct access from behind the motherboard, thus reducing the amount of cable needed in front of the motherboard tray.

Very Clean Look. Quality Item.
Received this yesterday, added it to my build, and would you look at that! Mildly less strain on the motherboard connector, if the cords are routed nicely. And subjectively, it looks pretty slick! Definitely recommend this for a unique and clean look.

really does improve power delivery
I got this for the right angle fitting, so that my motherboard power cable doesn't have to do a 180 turn to fit into the socket. And that works great! though I do wish they made a SKU that was longer rather than higher as this adds some height to the socket. This also fixed a problem I wasn't expecting. When listening to music while loading a game, sometimes the sound would break up. I suspected this was my power supply but with voltages reading good I couldn't confirm it. The built-in capacitors apparently actually do something because that issue no longer exists! That confirms I need a new power supply, but it is nice to see that this little adapter delivers on its promise to smooth out ripples and it's not just marketing BS... it actually does improve power delivery to the mobo!

It works
My only complaint is that it is so hard to get it off, just to get it off the motherboard in general for the angle it goes at (which ironic because that's why you're buying it). I had to remove my graphics card in order get a screwdriver to get the pin off to get the adapter off the motherboard and then it was hell to even try to get it off the psu cable in which case I couldn't, it's either a pro or con depends how you look at it. Took 2 stars off for the hassle to unattach it (save the pain till if you ever switch motherboards or cases) and the price for just a simple adapter.Pros: - Looks decent. - Capacitor.Cons: - Price. - Bulky. - The pain to unattach it.

What does this actually accomplish?
While I understand the idea behind this product, after actually seeing it in real life and installing it...I just don't know why this exists. It is SO TALL.My OCD is enough that I want to take cable-management to the extreme. Custom colored, braided cables to match my RGB LED scheme, check. Meticulous routing of cables in and around the case, so long as they're visible as little as possible, check. Went through an entire baggie of zip-ties, check. And it has always annoyed me how the mobo ATX cables are just sprouting up and out. It's ugly. I thought this would solve this. But the sheer height of this solves the cable problem by creating another; with a giant piece of black plastic protruding out of my board. Half the height would get us into the realm of being within reason. HALF. The only reason I give this 2 stars instead of 1, is it does keep the ATX cables from bending quite as much, which might make them last a bit longer. And it does physically work. At least there's that.I genuinely hope they take a stab at redesigning this, just MUCH smaller. Good idea, try again please.

Small chance this will brick your PC
Tl;dr I took the chance and I got a brick for a PC.This actually bricked my motherboard and CPU as well as my HDD, so I had to buy new PC parts, possibly due to solder splash and poor quality control. How you can mess up a simple right angle adapter is beyond me, a company that is more than capable of doing this. This dumb little adapter wound up costing me a dime and leg and unneeded stress. Worse yet, I don't think there's anything Cooler Master could or would do to help me out, so they're no longer a company I support, even if their coolers are top notch. There were a couple other reviews saying they opened it up when they couldn't boot and some of the solder was splashed, basically close to frying their stuff. I didn't even bother to open it up. I happened to get the 1% bad luck on this roll, so IF IT DOESNT MATTER THAT MUCH TO YOU, JUST DEAL WITH THE CABLE BEND. Save the 20 dollars and spend it on something useful and don't take the risk of frying your precious parts. My RTX 2060 also fails 1/3 of the time when I try to start/boot, and I'm just dealing with it because of the current scalper market we have in Q4 of 2020, and this is most likely due to this adapter, since it'll still light up RGB, just doesn't always play nice.
